Cheer: deadline to register for the payment plan is May 31st 
registration after June 1st will be pay in full.

Tackle: deadline to register for payment plan is 
June 30th, registration after July 1st will be pay in 
full.

Tackle Football: Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Reversible Game Jersey, Game Pants, Game Socks, Practice Jersey, Practice Pants, League Fees, Referees, Game Day Trainer, Trophy (Game Uniform is yours to keep).  Additional Costs may include: Cleats, Football Girdle.

Competition/Sideline Cheer:  Practice T-Shirt, Game Sweatshirt, 3 Cheer Bows, Competition Registration Fees, Licensed Competition Music, Indoor Practice Space, Use of Poms and Trophy.    State Competition Fee Fundraising is MANDATORY for all Competition Cheerleaders .  NOT INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEES:  Uniform, Sideline Cheer Shoes, Competition Cheer Shoes.

Flag Football: Jersey, Protective Head Gear, Game Pants, Referees, Game Day Trainer.  (Jersey is yours to keep).  Additional costs may include:  cleats.

Rookie (Flag) Cheer:   Practice T-Shirt, Game Sweatshirt , 2 Cheer Bows, Use of Poms and Trophy.   Not Included in Registration Fees:  Uniform, Cheer Shoes.

Registration for sports leagues is provided by the Elk Grove Park District. If you already have an account with the Elk Grove Park District, the most convenient way to register is online. You can also stop by customer service at the Pavilion or the Al Hattendorf Center and register in-person.   

Create an Elk Grove Park District Account

If you do not have an account, then one must be created by visiting customer service at the Pavilion or Al Hattendorf Center to create one. Family Data Form and Proof of Residency must be provided.  Registration may also be completed during account creation. 

Each new account in the system will have to show the following:
Proof of Residency (Residents and Non-Residents)

Adults 18+ (choose one): Current resident utility bill, property tax bill, current drivers’ license or government issued ID, or Passport.

Dependent Children under age 26 (choose one): Birth certificate, health insurance card listing the minors, or Passport.
